SEB, UX/UI Design
At SEB, I worked as a Design Lead, focusing on creating intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces for both private and corporate customers across desktop and mobile platforms. My daily work included designing UI, conducting user research, prototyping, testing, and iterating on solutions based on feedback.
I was responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across the entire channel. This involved working closely with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
A significant part of the role was developing design guidelines for new components and patterns, as well as clarifying concepts like page types and customer journeys. I also made sure these standards were followed by reviewing designs in test environments and giving feedback.
Content pages, UI design
I designed content blocks for SEB’s private banking platform, enabling editors to publish tailored content like promotions, comparisons, and FAQs. I also defined page concepts for different use cases, collaborating with editors to align with marketing and brand goals, while conducting user testing to refine the experience.
Start page, UX Design
I redesigned SEB’s Internetbanken Privat start page to address technical debt and enhance usability and accessibility. After creating high-fidelity designs, I tested with users and iterated post-launch to ensure the experience met the needs of a diverse user group.
Q/A function
I re-designed a widget for finding common questions and answers. Introducing a filter functionality, improving accessibility, simplifying the design and creating a friction-free experience.
Theme pages, UX/UI design
I worked on a project to create a cohesive concept for SEB’s private customer overview pages, addressing a fragmented user experience. After visualizing the concept, we validated it with user testing and refined the design for clarity and ease of use.
